The operator of "People Counter By AI" (the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in the app (object detection, counting, IFTTT integration, and related services).
Article 1 (Information collected and purposes)
To provide and improve the Service and to deliver advertisements, we collect and use the following information:
Device and usage information: In-app settings, count history, and usage logs. Used to provide the Service, analyze usage, and fix defects.
Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID): We may obtain identifiers such as advertising IDs. Used to optimize ads and provide the Service.
Usage log information: In-app operation history and error logs. Used for analysis, defect fixes, and improving convenience.
Article 2 (Third-party modules and disclosure)
The Service may use third-party SDKs for usage analytics and ad delivery.
We may use external APIs configured so that transmitted data is not used to train AI models.
Do not enter confidential personal information that can identify you (real name, address, phone number, password, etc.).
Article 3 (Use of external modules)
For usage analytics and ad delivery, the Service uses the following third-party SDKs. These tools may automatically collect device information, etc.
Firebase / Google Analytics (Google LLC)
Purpose: usage analytics, push notifications, and app quality improvement
Article 4 (Information management and disclaimer)
The Operator endeavors to prevent leakage or loss of collected information.
However, due to the nature of an individually operated service, the Operator does not guarantee complete security. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from information leakage due to cyber attacks, server failures, or other force majeure.
Article 5 (Privacy of minors)
If a minor uses the Service and enters information, the minor must obtain parental or guardian consent.
If a guardian allows use for educational purposes, information is deemed entered under the guardian's supervision, and the Operator handles information entered by the child in accordance with this Policy.
Article 6 (Provision to third parties)
Except as required by law, the Operator will not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. However, the Operator may outsource data processing within the scope necessary to operate the Service (e.g., server administration or AI providers).
Article 7 (Changes to this Policy)
The Operator may change this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when displayed in the Service; continued use constitutes agreement to the changes.
